I seldom give compliments. But I sent an email to the owners of Premier Parking to compliment them on there excellent staff who took care of us when we came to park our car for a flight out of BWI. I have since returned on many occasions and enjoyed the same service. It starts with great and friendly customer service when calling to make the reservation. The lot attendants are attentive and friendly as well when arriving at the lot. Will be using Premier Parking again that is for sure!!
I started using Premier Parking 2 years ago and have had nothing but excellant service. They are friendly and courteous and offer so much more than just parking your car. The price is so reasonable I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I have recommended Premier Parking to many friends. Keep up the great service. Thank you.
I was extremely pleased with the service. My flight into BWI was very late and I was expecting a wait for the shuttle, but I called for pickup and the shuttle was there within 15 mins. It was freezing cold outside and that was very much appreciated. The shuttle driver was courteous and helpful. The location was convenient. Will definitely use again.
great service, would definitely use for long term parking. The pickup process was not explained on pick up, the shuttles can only pick up on gate 1 and 16 which was a surprise but understandable

We got an earlier flight home than scheduled. We called and the van was there within a minute to pick us up. It was extrememly convenient and would use this parking option again.
The shuttle to the airport was great. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The reason I wouldn't use your service again was the return service from the airport to the hotel. I called the hotel number as told and the person took my number so the driver could call me back. He called me back within a few moments but explained that the shuttle van was in the shop and he was bringing his personal vehicle to pick us up. This was completely unprofessional and honestly NOT safe. I took some precautions of my own. I did recognize the driver as the man who drove us to the airport the week before and I relayed the situation and his personal vehicle's license plate number to my husband. I was traveling with my nine year old daughter, my 8 month old daughter and my sister in law. The driver's car was cleared out so we could all fit, however there was nicotine from a broken cigarette all over the back seat. My children were covered in it as they waited for me to attach the car seat, which also became covered in nicotine. It was very difficult for me to fasten the car seat in because his vehicle was not equipped with the Latch system as the shuttle had been. I explained to the driver that this was not professional and not a very safe situation. He told me that it was his responsibility to make arrangements when the shuttle van was in the shop. I am extremely unsatisfied with the situation that I was put in and the quality of service your company provided me and my family. I, at the very least, should have been made aware of the situation ahead of time. I did leave contact information with your company. Need signageto indicate location, where to park and where to check in.
The only thing we didn't realize upon arrival at the parking area is that it was parking at a Microtel Motel. We were thinking it was some type of locked lot or garage. Nothing happened to our vehicle and in the end, it was a good deal and a good experience. Thanks.
The driver was very friendly and courteous so I was pleased with him. I had no problem getting to the airport but there was a problem on the return trip. I called on my return as I was instructed to do and was told someone would be right over. Then I waited at least 45 minutes out in the cold to be picked up. I had called a second time and was told I needed to be patient. The man I was talking to told me I had just called 10 minutes ago. At that point it had been 1/2 hour. Why would I want to use this service again when there are so many more to choose from?
I was not aware i was parking in a hotel parking lot, the website only gave me an address, I spent 15 extra minutes looking for a parking lot, it would have been much more informative to give name of hotel with address the shuttle was the hotel shuttle and not a devoted parking shuttle, because of this, I needed to schedule more time to get to my flight....I was in a time crunch to get to my flight because I was not given all the information needed to schedule my time.... I made my flight, but not with much time to spare, which was very stressful, I felt the website was misleading and did not give crucial information to make the experience less stressful. the staff was very kind and professional, it was the lack of information on the website that would make me question getting to the airport this way
Then only thing Ihad a complaint about was the pickup service. We were told to call after we picked up our luggage. We had to stand outside in te freezing cold for 20 to 25 minutes...Brrrrrrr. I would suggest you call when you debark the plane. Better for the driver to wait in his warm van than us being outside....Thanks, Gary PS Our driver was very personable and helpful..Van was warm....
Great value for this parking service. However it would be very helpful if you had something on your BWI location website that fully explained the parking procedure at the Microtel Inn parking lot e.g. park only on the Microtel property, signage for longterm parking or premier parking would be very helpful especially if at 4a.m. below freezing temp the parking lot appears full I would not have parked in the parking lot next to Microtel and risked being ticketed and towed. Also I waited nearly 30minutes outside waiting for the shuttle Van, not knowing I needed to go inside to the Hotel frontdesk, give them my paid receipt, fill out a form and get a parking hanger to place inside the car BEFORE getting on the shuttle van. I lost 50minutes check-in time because that was never explained on your website or by your CSRs when I called to find how to go about getting the shuttle. At pickup when I called the number the driver gave me, the Microtel frontdesk answered and knew nothing about Premier parking said I should call back in 20 minutes. But I could not get a signal standing outside BWI. When I finally did I could not hear the frontdesk because of the noise of buses and trucks. Maybe put that information on BWI location website - where to go to meet the shuttle outside the airport. Please please please do not permit cigarette smoking inside your Shuttle Van, it makes it very difficult to breathe during the 15minute-ride back to the parking lot
Called - waited 25 min's- then called again. We were at the right place, but they said they didn't find us. We saw every van that came by & they did not. Finally picked us up after 40 min's. They are only 8 or 9 min's from the airport.
The transportation both to and from the airport was most prompt and efficient.
1/2 hour between trips is way too much. 1/2 hour waiting time is way too much.
Need newer shuttle bus.
I wish they had explained pickup place clearly. We had to stand outside in 30 degree temp at midnight for about 45 minutes.
Very cheap service for airport parking and I guess it was good the procedure was strange as no digs to say you were in the parking lot you had to go into the motel and ask. Car just left in hotel car park . Waited for shuttle and the bus came was untidy and smelled heavily of cigarettes driver never spoke the whole way. On return had to call number and was not answered on first 2 attempts but managed to get through driver much friendlier. Collected car and everything was ok

The parking lot was full when we arrived at 7:30 a.m. 2/17/13 (BWI lot). We unknowingly parked in the available space at the lot next door where some other vehicles (with premier parking i.d. tags inside) were also parked. Upon return on 2/22/13 we were informed that we had parked on the wrong property. More clarity about what to do in the event of a full lot would be helpful.
The only problem we encountered was on arrival. Never being there before, we drove to the directions we had but were confused as to whether we were are the correct location. In asking someone in the parking lot about the parking, he directed us to parking several miles away. We went there, but finally called the phone number I had taken along, only to find out we had originally been at the correct location. Maybe better signs could be erected to let people know that is the correct location. We talked to another couple looking for the same, and they were also confused. That is the only real problem we had initally. We will use this off-site parking again.
Our Driver was wonderful. Very nice and so polite. He drove us right to our vehicle on return and unloaded our bags too. The gentleman at the desk wasn't so great. He never smiled and didn't talk loud enough to hear him well. But that VAN!! It needs some serious attention. The running board that passengers use to aid getting into the van was not strong enough to use and we had a very BIG step to get safely in it. On the way to the airport my husband, who is a mechanic, wondered if it would make it. The van was not running well at all. And it had a nasty smell, like Fabreeze and cigaretts. But we would use that service again as it was a great value for the money.
Hard time understating where we needed to be for pick up at the airport. Drivers were friendly and somwhat helped with luggage. Check in was not easily explained. I will probably not use again. Things could have goneich smoother
I could not find your location. I was at 1100 and couldn't find 1300. I tried to call you but got the national number and din't have time to stay on the line as I was afraid I would miss my flight. I stopped at Embassy Suite4s to ask if they heard of you, but they didn't. They offered to let me park there free and took me to the airport in time. I called you from the airport and they said they would send me an email about a future voucher, but I haven't gotten it yet.
First time users could benefit from explanation that it is a hotel where you are parking and the name of the hotel withe address. Makes it easier to find. Thanks

I found your service very good and will use it again and recommend it to others. When I arrived back from my trip I only had to call the number I was given and they sent a driver. It was also very easy to utilize this service.
The name of the motel was not on my receipt so I had to go by the address. Also the motel clerk did not think it was a receipt and refused to let me park. So I had to call (using my cell phone minutes) to have you confirm to him that I did pay. This process would have made me wait another round for the shuttle except for a wonderful shuttle driver who was very helpful.
There is no sign for Premier Parking at your BWI location. It took us a while to figure out that we needed to go to the Microtel office to check in. A sign is a must. The drivers were prompt and courteous. Staff, Question 3. There was no staff to greet us, because we had to go to the motel desk and ask if this is the place to park.
The only problem I had was leaving to the airport. The driver was a few minutes late and then waited for another customer who was late arriving for the shuttle. This in turn almost made me miss my flight.
My only suggestion would be to more clearly state that you will be visiting the Microtel lobby desk upon arrival to arrange parking. We spent a few minutes figuring that out, and looking for a Premier Parking sign... :)Thanks!
My car was not parked in a fenced in lot. It was parked close to the hotel front entrance, but I am sure with employee change of shifts, and other things going on in a hotel, my car was the least of their worries.

I was told my space was not available and that premier was told that before. Gentleman was rude adn unpleasant and told me those spots, (which I held my itinerary in hand) were only for his motel guests!! He told me to call premier and tell them which i placed a call on Sunday evening March 10th. Whomever I spoke to at premier told me she would leave her superviser know in the morning and that I would be re-inbersed for my reservation and she did apologize. But at this time there has not been any re-imbersement for my reservation which I am not happy about. I travel lots and make my reservations ahead and usually everything goes well. But didnt expect to get there and be told that they cant give me my space when I held my reservation in my hand???????????? Maybe I was expecting too much. Hope to hear from you soon. Never parked at designated location. Because it was overbooked according to the hotel staff. I had to find a last minute parking service before my flight was due to leave from Baltimore International Airport. I need a full refund
Great service and friendly staff! The pick up at the airport was incredibly quick. We would definitely use Premier Parking again and we will tell all of our friends about it.
I'd make it clear where the bwi lot is. We were looking for a dedicated parking lot and did not realize it was part of the Microtel. Also I'd let customers know it was not a secure parking lot. Although I had a good experience this time, I'd be worried about leaving my car there in the unsecured location.
We didn't know the parking facility was at the Microtel. No signage to tell us that. But we found the street # and finally asked inside if this was the parking.
Hotel parking lot... Not guarded, no gate or security. Shuttle was a beat up van with check engine light on. No signage or instructions about where pickup takes place.
We will be using you again next week!

While I was a little nervous about parking my car for an extended period of time at an open hotel lot, the staff at the property assured me they have never experienced any incidents. The price was very good, with the shuttle (very courteous driver!) taking us over to the airport quickly and picking us upon return equally fast. I would definitely use Premier Parking again.

Wasnt aware that we would be parking at a hotel lot. However, very good location and close to the airport. We forgot my daughters carry on bag and had plenty of time to go back to car to get it. However, the arrival/ pick up procedure was not explained.Overall, good for the price. We would definitely use again.
This my first time parked my car in here, very impressive nice driver and on time great. I will recommend to my friends.
I would like a "maybe" option for the "Overall" category questions. It was confusing finding the location of the parking lot because the parking lot in Baltimore, MD, is the Microtel's parking lot, and there were no signs indicating that they had partnered with Premier Parking Ventures. By biggest disappointment was that the online information I read on the FAQ page before making my reservation said that the parking lots are gated and that at night there was an on-site guard. Because I found your website through a google search for BWI off-site parking, I did not see the statement on the home page that only some lots are gated and others are at hotels. Having a gated and secure parking lot was a big deal to me and the reason I made my reservation with your company. By the time I arrived at the hotel and figured it out, I did not have time to make alternate parking plans. I left my car hoping it would still be there when I returned. Fortunately, it was. It would be nice if you added the info on your FAQ page that states that only some lots are gated and others are shared hotel parking lots with minimal security. It would also be nice if you mentioned the type of lot (gated, secured, or hotel) on the reservation page for each location. I did not find any info on my reservation form or reservation confirmation info that I was supposed to be looking for Microtel hotel and not for Premier Parking Ventures.
My name is Laura Dimattia. I had reserved parking at your lot for April 7, 2013 @ 4 a.m. My party of 3 women tried diligently to find your parking lot. We could not find it. We drove up and down and all around the area looking for your address which was nowhere to be found. We almost missed our plane. A driver for the Marriott shuttled us to BWI Airport. He said there was no such address as the one on the email I received from you. We were panicing because we could not see any signs that read "Premier Parking." After this extreme inconvenience, I noticed on my email that in very fine print it states you are located in a hotel or something to that effect. I would hope that your receipts will make that information stand out in BOLD and LARGE LETTERS. I think it's horrible that this happened to us women. Can you please refund me the $36 I paid to you. Thank you.
The van was not in great running condition...
I was under the impression that this was a typical airport parking deal - you park in a big lot and shuttles take you to the airport. I had no idea this was an old beat up hotel van and extra space in their parking lot. Now that's certainly not bad, and $5 is a great price, but it's not what I expected at all. When I entered the address in my GPS I didn't know I was going to a motel. If someone wants to save $1.90 per day this is the way to go. For me, I'd use Fast2Park next time - they have piles and piles of shuttles running all the time and you don't have to call them and then wait. "Premier Parking" should be called "Super Budget Friendly Parking" and it would be AOK.
The parking lot was over crowded. Cars were parked everywhere. Need to limit over parking.
I anticipated a secure lot where my car was parked.
When I got To parking lot I was told the lot was full and told to find another parking lot. In all my travels this has never happened before in my 50 years of travel. I was very disappointed.
The hotel took forever to pick up the phone and I hate to wait to get picked up, not b/c of the driver, but b/c of the hotel staff not picking up their phone for 10 minutes.
Once I have arrived at the hotel I was told to go somewhere else becasue they were overbooked by premier. I was to contact premier for a refund and try to find somewhere else to park 2 hours before my flight. Front desk person was very rude and did not care or offer additional help. Fortunately I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes since I did not know what to do or go and a car pulled out leaving me a free spot to park. The service is very helpful but the staff and the mis-communication was very poor.
not sure, I had to ask about the pickup. When we got to the hotel we were told the shuttle would leave at 12:30...we were not aware there was a particular schedule which worried us because if we had decided to drive and get there after the shuttle left we would've had to wait and maybe not make our plane. The gentleman driving us to the airport was brusque and the one picking us up the same way. But they did help us with our luggage.
The staff member behind the desk was very nonchalant and spoke very low; I could bearly hear him. The drivers (to and from the airport) were very nice and helpful. I was very disappointment in the number of parking spaces available and with how often the shuttles ran. Although the price was nice, I will probably use the airports parking lots or one of the other nicer ones in the future.
Returning from the airport, the driver forgot to pick us up. We had to call a second time to get picked up after a 45 minute wait. The shuttle (really an old van) is barely servicable. The price is right, but that's about it. I really don't know if I would recommend the BWI shuttle to a friend. I'll have to inform him of our experience. For a dollar more a day, other shuttle vans that we saw at the airport were muchbetter and my wife thought worth the cost, especially if they did not forget to pick us up on time!

Upon arrival at the airport I proceded to the baggage pick-up. WE picked up our bags and called the 410- number and was asked what door we were at, I said door 4. I was told to go past door 1 to the pick up point and they would send the driver right away. Its about a 10 min. drive from Microtel. We proceded immediatly to the pick-up point. After about a 20 min. wait I called back and no one answered the phone, I waited a few more minutes and called again, still no answer. After a total of about 40 minutes of no pick-up or no answer at the 410 number I called the 800 number. They were able to contact Microtel. Someone called me from Microtel and told me that I must have been at the wrong location and the driver was there to pick us up already. I took pictures of where we were, and we were at the right place. The pictures are still in my camera. After a few minutes of discussion the man in short called me a liar and an idiot. I later found out that he never dispatched the driver. The response from your office was very helpful and timely, however, I will never go to the Microtel again. So, if I can't find out where I will be parking prior to buying your program, I won't be using your services again.
It was unclear where to park and that the location was the Microtel Hotel and where to go when I arrived. It would be helpful if there were clear instructions when I booked that stated: "The Premier Parking is operated by Microtel Hotel. When you arrive, come by the front of the hotel, complete a card for your window, drop off your bags at the van, then drive around to park your car in the __________ marked spaces and put the card in your window. You may want to arrive about 15 minutes before you need to go to the airport to make sure you can properly check your car in." It would also be helpful if there was something about tips for the driver, such as: Our drivers appreciate any monetary tip you would like to provide or there is no need to tip the drivers, or $2 tip per bag is appreciated by the driver...or something to that effect.
The van has a loose step and the front seat is not bolted in correctly so it rocks. You need an alternative place for people to hold onto when they are entering/exiting the vehicle. Several passengers almost fell because they were trying to hol onto the front seat for support.

Driver Joseph provided excellent customer service. At the BWI airport, I had to borrow a cell phone to call for my pickup. My cell phone did not have a signal. When I explained to Joseph my cell phone issue he quickly looked at my phone and removed the battery to start my phone again. When we got to my car he assisted with the luggage and offered to put it in the trunk. The remote key chain was not working so I manually opened the truck. I tried to operate the car but it would not start. The battery was dead. I quickly found Joseph again who offered to jump start the car. He went to the hotel and asked the hotel manager for the battery booster. He was able to charge the car battery and send me on my way to PA. Thanks to MICROTEL and JOSEPH, they came to my rescue!!!! They were timely, economical and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will use them AGAIN!
It was a little bit longer than I expected upon the return to the airport. Waiting alone at 2 am I would have liked to have been told that it could be 20-30 minutes before the driver arrived.
Suggest explaining where to go when you get to the address or put on your website that it's in the Microtel hotel at the BWI location. There are no signs for Premier parking. I didn't know it was part of the Microtel hotel van service. We got to the hotel and didn't know where to go so we had to go into the hotel and they explained what to do. Our driver was very nice and prompt!
It was difficult to get a hold of the company for the return pick up at the airport. Called several times and no answer and was finally able to get an answer. The drivers both directions were vey nice and friendly and helpful with the luggage.
Get better transport vehicles! We had one more person than could be seated, when we were picked up from the airport (BWI). One person had to be seated on another person's lap!!!

The morning van employee was one the the most unfriendly employees.After I was told I had to move my car to another location,he said it was time to leave and my wife had to get him to even wait for me. Other customers were tired of looking for him and put their own luggage in the van . I just left it there at the van and waited. The evening driver was very good and gave me faith in your service again.The van was not in good shape. The front seat rocks and the step up was loose.

I was told to call when we got our luggage. Tried multiple times for over 30 mins and was cut off or no answer. Had to get another ride to our car. Very disappointing. We were very tired after our cross country flight. There should be a better system. Would not use your company again or recommend.

When we arrived the front desk person was on the phone. no friendly or professional greeting was offered at all. In fact I had to force any information out of the the front desk person. There was a man sitting on a chair in the lobby who was in fact the bus driver. Once we returned outside to load the luggage, the driver was friendly but There was no greeting from anyone! In business you should always greet your customers no matter the time of day or what you are dealing with in the day to day business.
The lot was completely full when I arrived at your parking lot on 4/27/2013 before 3:00am. I was redirect to park at Fast Park by your staff. I called on 4/27/2013 and was promised for a full refund. But I have not received any refund so far. I called again today (5/8/2013) and is still waiting to hear back from you.
I did not use your service, because whan I arrived at the hotel, I was told you were overbooked and I had to find another Location. I am not happy with the whole experience! I was five minutes late checking luggage, because I had to secure another long term parking location. Delta was going to charge twice as much to check my bag, however I explained what happened and because I prepaid for my luggage, they waved the charge. I see making a reservations and prepaying with your company , does not guarantee a parking spot. Even though your website gives that as the reason for the reservation. The other parking company, picked me up at my parking spot, delivered me to the airport and were waiting , for me whan I arrived at 12:15AM. I think I will spend the extra $2 a day nest time and just use their service. Please make sure that you give my credit card a full refund of your reserved parking fee amount.
My 2 cars parking resevation (paid $115) was from 4/27 -5/7. But unfortunately you have no space for me with your small parking lot in the early morning of 4/27. The staff inside the hotel was not friendly or helpful, even after we explained this was our first time using this service. On the other hand, the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed to know what to expect on our return. The experience of parking at the hotel was great for us. We did not worry about our vehicle being parked there, because the shuttle driver assured us you have little to no incidents with parking. We will use your service again. However may we suggest some customer service training for your desk staff.
The lot was hard to find. There was no sign or explanation that the lot was part of a hotel. It was a stressfull start to our trip. I remember commenting to my wife that it was a mistake using your facility and we would never use you again.

There is no signage at the arrival point so I had no idea what to do upon arrival. Took it upon myself to enter the hotel to ask. Signage or information as to the arrival procedure on your web sight would be helpful
The staff was extremely stand-offish and had no intention of ensuring a positive guest experience. Both the front desk and drivers. Also, the directions online should be made more clear as to the requirement of "checking in" at the front desk to get your "permit"

I decided to try your service again, after having to wait for a parking spot the last time. This time, I went extra early in order to have time to wait for a spot to become vacant. This time, there was a spot available upon arrival and everything went smoothly. My only singular complaint about your service is the availability of parking spots. While there was a spot available, it was the only one available.

The driver on the return trip from the airport was very helpful with his directions to a better route home to Virginia compared to the one I found on the computer and had used with difficulty when I drove up to Baltimore.
When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was rude, but the drivers were fine. The van did not have air condition.
We were a little disappointed with how long it took the shuttle to pick us up after our trip. The shuttle arrived 52 minutes after we called. We called 6 minutes before the hour and then again 8 minutes after the half hour point. If the shuttle run every 30 minutes, we should not have had to wait as long as we did. When we called the second time we were not given any kinf of explanation and when the driver arrived he did not give us an explanation either. Had I just understood why the shuttle was so late it would have been fine, but it was not handled well by the staff.
Please specify that a paper receipt needs to be taken to the parking lot. When I found out the local parking company didn't know I had a reservation I almost had to pay in double but the staff worked it out
you over sold the parking lot. I showed up at 5 a.m. and had no place to go. I tried to contact your company but it took two days to get a response. you basically left me out in the cold. I am still waiting for my refund to show up on my account. I am totally dissatisfied and will never never use your Company again.
The location of the lot and sign in process was not explained - had trouble finding the motel. A little more information up front would be very helpfull - had to take a picture of the van to get the phone number for pick up. But over all things worked well.
It seems to take quite a while to be picked up. I have used ths location twice and both times I waited about 45 minutes or longer.

Great price!! Please continue to focus on affordable pricing. That really sets you apart from the competition. Please clearly state where we should park for BWI pickup. I made one a right instead of a left and was held up by NSA for mistakingly entering their federal property. That almost caused me to miss my plane
I was told the hotel and parking rate was cheaper as a package. If you did them separate you would pay more. This information was false. A member of my party did the parking separate (much cheaper). The hotel/parking rate was almost doubled. I was surprised, I would have thought the rate would have been cheaper.
We pulled in at Microtel, got the information and parking pass, unloaded the bags and parked the car less than 10 minutes. The parking lot was a 100 yards from the shuttle. When we landed called Microtel and the shuttle was there in 15 minutes.
The shuttle driver left me at the hotel to go and pick up someone else before returning to pick me up. The staff person at the hotel was kind enough to inquire about what happened and get in touch with the driver. When returning from my trip called for shuttle and waited for over 50 minutes before shuttle finally arrived after calling 2 more times.
The process was fairly smooth (traveling itself has a level of stress). We did wait for pickup, but I don't see how that can be avoided, since the timing of plane arrival will vary and other guests may ne picked up. So, we were please and would strongly consider using again if we fly out of BWI again (we actually live closer to another airport, but this flight was non-stop and less expensive). Thank you!
Unfortunately, it took over one hour of calling the Microtel hotel to get them to pick up my two young daughters and me. I explained when I finally got through what was going on they said there was nothing wrong with the phones?!? I understand you have worked out an agreement with them but it's your name being soiled here. Also, their van is the crappiest of all the shuttles I saw that night, and trust me, when you waiting outside for over an hour, you see em all. Perhaps a little site visit is in order? I'm just sayin...
Sloppy, but inexpensive. I guess, you get what you pay for.
The exact location for pick up was unclear, so we did not know where to get picked up at BWI; this is confusing. It took longer than it needed to, since we had to make two phone calls to coordinate the pick up location.
Did not know that "Premier Parking" was at Microtel Hotel. Drove around for about 20 minutes trying to find Premier Parking. This should be explained to customers!
I would not recommend this shuttle service to anyone because when I arrived to park my car,the first thing the shuttle driver told me was that there were no spots left in the lot.This was odd because I had reserved my parking spot.Luckily we happened to find a spot on the lot that they did not even know was vacant.Your service seemed very unprofessional to me.
