Love this!! This was the easiest thing I have done for parking when flying out of Charlotte. The people are there to help in anyway possible. I had all me questions answered when calling to make my reservation. At the location everyone was very friendly and helpful too. Te savings is great too!!

My suggestion to you is when you know there has been cancelation of flights do to bad weather that you would bring in more shuttles to accomidate the large amount of people that are trying to get to the airport to catch early morning flights.

get a bigger van! people were left at the aiport, in the cold for a 20 minute wait because their wasn't enough room in the van. it only seats 6 guests and the driver.....plese he thing the van you need....Larry brophy and family

We waited for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to come and pick up up at 2PM in the afternoon on Wednesday. While the staff were all nice, waiting this long was completely out of line when we were told it would be about 10-12 minutes. I can't say I would use you again with the other options available. I rented a car at AVIS and parked my personal vehicle at Baymont Inn which is much cheaper than Charlotte Douglas airport parking. Prior to making this arrangement I made sure that Baymont Inn would be able to provide shuttle service to and from AVIS. It worked great until my return to AVIS and Baymont Inn would not pick me up at AVIS. They insisted I had to ride the AVIS shuttle to the airport where Baymont Inn then picked me up. This was very inconvenient and was not what Baymont Inn agreed to before I made the reservation to park my car there. Paul Scanzillo

For some reason the parking area did not know the approximate time of my arrival to park. The shuttle in Charlotte does multiple things besides trips to the airport. This puts a lot of stress on the parker as timing to get the to the airport can cut it close.

I loved the service i left 3/6/13 at 5:30am the guy was so nice & came back 3/14/13 at 10:30pm and the guy was just as nice. GREAT service. I would suggest maybe getting a gated area to keep the cars - I didn't have any problems BUT that would make your comfort level seem much better- just a suggestion. Sharon Chambers

The only comment I have is the lady told me that the lot was going to be a fenced in lot and would have 24/7 security watching the vehicles in the lot! It was not the case. It was just a parking lot for a hotel within 2 miles of the airport. When a customer asks a question and gets an answer like I did it helped me decide that I would do it... but as I said, it was not in a "secure parking lot" at all!

Dropping off our car was very easy and well done. Pick up was very stressful. Called for our shuttle to pick up and the call wasn't answered the first time I called but was answered on subsequent calls. The person on the phone was not clear about where to meet the shuttle. I actually ended up calling 4 times to get the correct info and waited for 30-45 minutes outside the airport in very cold weather. After a long day and flight this was not what we expected.

Shuttle Driver was courteous and helpful. I called on return while waiting for my lugguage, but waited longer than anticipate for pick-up at the airport. Due to passed experience I knoew I needed to call for pick-up when I landed in Charlotte. Also due to experience I made sure I had a telephone number that was a direct line to the Baymont Motel. None of this information/advise was offered by the desk clerk at the motel.

I did not like that the shuttle wasn't on time to take us to the airport or pick us up from the airport despite the fact that I called ahead of time. The drivers were very friendly but the hotel staff could have been more accommodating. I would use the service again but depart from a different hotel.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received this time. I could not get a hold of the Baymont Inn and Suites after calling them over a period of 30 minutes on over 10 different tries. I had to contact another hotel to send the shuttle to the airport so I could be picked up. It was very frustrating to say the least. Then, when informing the Baymont Inn and Suites of the problem, all she could say is that "the phone didn't ring". We even checked the number and it was all the same. Next time, I will probably be parking at the Microtel Inn and Suites.

I left my cell phone in the van when I was taken to the airport. I knew my phone was lost forever. My return trip, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call to my wife and was told they had my phone at the lobby of the Baymont inn in Charlotte and it was waiting for me. Thanks for excellent service. I will recommend you to others.

It is important to make it clearer in advance when the shuttles are scheduled. The drop down menu that allows the traveler to pick an arrival time at the parking area every fifteen minutes leads one to believe shuttles are available with more regularity than they are. Once an hour is a huge difference. I nearly missed my flight because of this.
