just worried if we got in past midnight we would have to get a taxi from airport to Red Roof. Our flight was delayed but we did arrive at 11:10 pm. Our pick up driver was excellant.

Everything was great. I would recommend, and possibly you did tell me, that on getting out of the van on return to the facility to just go to your car and drive safe. No need to check with the desk. I am satisfied.

I was at the airport waiting in the cold for 1 hour and had to make several calls before the shuttle could pick me up. Service going to airport was okay service for pick up was very poor.

I have used the same off site parking lot for over 15 years. I found you on the internet and decided to try it once to see if it was up to my standards. The only difference was having a shuttle to the airport on the hour only and having to call for a pick-up when arriving. However, the cost was almost half of what I would usually have paid, so it was worth it.

No problems. I was expecting some issues after reading some reviews about the Red Roof Inn/IAH services online. However, I called Red Roof Inn after my flight, told them what terminal and the person on the other line said a shuttle would stop by. I waited about 10 minutes (not an issue) and was on my way to pick up the vehicle. After my experience, I am unsure why there were online complaints of people waiting an hour or more. Anyways, I am very happy with this experience and very happy with the parking costs. I will definitely use Premier Parking for my future long-term IAH airport parking needs. Thanks.

My only complaint would be the time it took it took to get I picked up from the airport. My husband & I waited until we had gotten our luggage and then called because we didn't want to make the driver wait for us, but it took almost 40 minutes for him to arrive. We stood there watching a string of shuttles from other lots make their rounds, some of them we saw over 5 times.

On the returning trip from the airport to the Red Roof Inn parking, we waited 1 hr to be picked up after we had called 3 times) the Red Roof Inn Parking front desk. We found out from the driver that the message did not reach him 5 mins before he picked us up. Obviously the front desk coordinator did not relay the message. We liked the facility, however, the waiting time was too long, and we wish the front desk service would do a better job in delivering customers calls to the drivers

I know that your shuttles had many individuals to drop off at various terminals on April 20th however, the driver was driving too fast with a parent who had an infant in a car seat in the front seat. Passengers were swaying as he rounded the u-turns. We want to get to our terminals on time but we would like to get their safely and with peace of mind.

Drop off my car at Red Roof Inn and went in, no one was outside. Times were not given. Was not clear where the pick-up location was. I saw the van then went running around the terminal to catch the bus.

We were out of country 37 days. When we returned, our battery was dead. Driver said it happens more than you think. Fortunately I had my own jumper cables and the driver was very gracious in assisting to jump start our vehicle. I suggest that vans include (or on parking lot premises) a portable jump starter for such occasions. Once again thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I would not use your services for this particular hotel (Red Roof Inn-Houston IAH). The shuttles run once an hour during crucial times. It took almost an hour to be picked up from the airport. When I arrived and called them at 5:50 pm, I was not picked up until about 6:47 pm. Most other shuttles run more regular or you can call for a special pick up during the slower times.

I arrived early for the departure to the airport and almost was left in the lobby simply because there was not any announcement of the shuttle leaving for the airport. The driver that picked us up was very friendly and helpful. This location is good for me and I will use for future travel.
