How late can I make a reservation? Reservations can be made at any time even the day of your arrival.

What do I do when I get to the lot? Upon arriving to the lot you will hand your receipt to the attendant or driver.

Will the shuttle driver help me load bags? Yes, the shuttle driver will help you with your bags.

Will the shuttle pick us up from the airport/seaport? Yes the shuttle driver will pick you up from the airport/seaport. Your purchase receipt will have the shuttle phone number and procedure for pickup. Simply pick up your luggage, go to the designated area and contact the shuttle.

How is the lot secured? The lot is gated and locked and there is a security guard at night.

Cancellation Policy: We understand plans can change, so we provide a convenient cancellation center for our customers. Cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel before 24 hours from your departure time you will be given a full refund less a $5 processing fee and one day of parking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your departure time you will be given a credit which you can apply towards a future reservation.

How do I request a cancellation of my reservation? Visit our convenient cancellation center and enter your reservation information, or simply contact us if you do not have your reservation information. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your cancellation.

How long does it take to see a credit on my credit card statement? After we provide you a credit it usually takes up to 7 days, but may take as much as 30 days to show on your statement based on your financial institutions' policies.

The Premier Club Rewards Program

How does it work? Sign up for the program, and you will earn rewards points for every reservation you make. You can then redeem your rewards points for free parking on a future reservation.

How do I sign up? It's easy, just go to our signup page and fill out the form. You'll start earning rewards with your first purchase.

I'm already a customer, can I get points for my previous reservations? Yes! If you've already purchased a reservation from us in the past, just sign up for the Premier Club using the same email as your registration and you will receive rewards points for all your past reservations.

How many points do I earn per reservation? For airport and cruise parking reservations, each paid day of parking earns you 1 rewards point. For event parking, each reservation earns you 5 rewards points.

How much are rewards points worth? For airport and cruise parking, 7 rewards points can be redeemed for 1 free day of parking. For event parking, 10 rewards points can be redeemed for a $2 discount.

I earned rewards points for airport parking, can I redeem for event parking? Yes. Rewards points can be redeemed for airport, cruise, or event parking, regardless of how they were earned.
